Theme

The theme of 2023 Canada International Art Competition is TURNING POINT

Nothing in life is a straight line. No perfect ruler can measure out the trajectory of one’s life, career, or hobbies. No single rule can define a person’s soul. No ladder will lead you directly to the top. Isn’t it curious that however hard one can try to stay on a parallel path, they always tend to take a turn? Whether it be a sudden circumstance or a change of heart, sometimes letting go is the easiest form of success. So just follow life’s destiny, give in to the crazy ideas, sit back and enjoy the ride. After all, each turning point is only one rock in the bumpy mountains, and who knows? It just might turn out to be a diamond.
